We take pride in our international shipping services. While we ship to most locations worldwide, there are a few exceptions. If your country falls under this category, we will reach out to you promptly.

Please note that any customs fees incurred after shipping are not our responsibility. By making a purchase, you agree that your order may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping durations vary depending on the destination. Here are our estimated delivery times:

– United States: 10-30 Business days
– Canada, Europe: 10-30 Business days
– Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
– Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

The maximum delivery time is 45 business days, excluding our 2-5 day processing period.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking may not always be available for free shipping orders. In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons.
