REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order prior to shipment. If payment has been processed and you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellations are no longer feasible.
Refunds: Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. You may request a refund or reshipment for your ordered products under the following circumstances:
- If you do not receive your items within the guaranteed time frame (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing).
- If you receive an incorrect item.
- If you decide you no longer want the product received (please note that the item must be returned at your expense and in unused condition).
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- If your order fails to arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
- If your order is delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters).
